Our purpose
Creativity is part of community life
The CreatiVrole Project exists to strengthen creative ecosystems by helping people access the tools, education, and infrastructure needed to create, teach, rehearse, perform, and preserve cultural knowledge.
Our work is practical rather than ideological. We focus on access, continuity, collaboration, and responsible follow-through—especially where resources are limited and existing creative communities already know what will be useful.

What we do
Practical support for creative communities
Instruments and creative resources
We help source and distribute instruments, recording tools, computers, materials, and other resources through transparent and locally appropriate channels.
Arts and music education
We support early access and continuity in creative education, working with educators and community programs rather than building short-term experiences around outside visitors.
Cultural events and fundraising
We use concerts, cultural events, and artist-led initiatives to pay creative professionals fairly, raise funds, and build awareness through culture rather than messaging.
Creative infrastructure
Our work may include shared spaces, energy access, equipment, or other practical infrastructure when it directly enables education, rehearsal, production, or cultural programming.

How it began
Built from long-term relationships
The CreatiVrole Project grew from years of work by Chaz Chambers and Yami Cabrera through Havana Music Tours and Musical Getaways. Those programs brought them into regular collaboration with working musicians, educators, students, and cultural leaders.
As guests and partners began asking how they could help, the needs were often concrete: an instrument, recording equipment, a laptop, support after a storm, or resources that could keep a class or performance going.
The nonprofit was created to give that work a transparent charitable structure, separate it clearly from commercial travel operations, and support projects through responsible governance and appropriate local channels.
How we work
Quiet confidence, practical accountability
Collaborative, not extractive
Programs are shaped with people who understand their own community, cultural context, and practical priorities.
Support over saviorism
We present artists, educators, and families as partners and professionals—not as props for fundraising.
Transparent and compliant
International work is planned with attention to donor intent, nonprofit governance, documentation, and applicable regulations.
Fair support for creative labor
Artists and cultural professionals should be respected for their expertise and compensated fairly whenever resources allow.
