Strings, reeds, tuners, percussion supplies, instrument-maintenance materials, and other resources for students and educators.
Delivery & Local Coordination
Lawful transportation, checked baggage, local coordination, installation, distribution, and follow-up costs required to place resources where they are needed.

Matanzas
Solar ovens, charging resources, music supplies, and household assistance for networks connected to the city’s rumba and folkloric traditions.
Santiago de Cuba
Solar cooking, community-energy resources, and direct support coordinated through established relationships with musicians, families, and educators.
Guantánamo
Basic medical and household necessities, music supplies, and support for community charging infrastructure and local cultural networks.
How the Work Will Be Carried Out
1. Confirm Needs
Review priorities with local contacts and document which household and community resources will be most useful.
2. Source & Prepare
Purchase and organize permitted food, medical, hygiene, solar, and music resources through appropriate channels.
3. Deliver & Train
Coordinate lawful transport and local distribution, with practical guidance for solar equipment and shared energy resources.
4. Document & Follow Up
Report what was purchased and distributed, check equipment use where possible, and identify priorities for continued support.
Accountability and Local Coordination
The CreatiVrole Project will lead fundraising, resource allocation, documentation, and public reporting. Trusted local relationships will guide needs assessment and distribution so assistance remains practical, respectful, and grounded in current conditions.
Public updates will explain what was purchased, where resources were directed, what could be documented responsibly, and what remains to be completed. Personal information and images will only be shared when appropriate and permitted.
The CreatiVrole Project is a recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law. Donors should retain their contribution receipts for their records.
